HT4066 過電壓保護IC
HT4066是一顆過壓保護IC，其內(nèi)置125mQ (TYP)大電流MOS，其可對低電壓工作的系統(tǒng) 進行電壓保護，最高+36VDC.當(dāng)VIN電壓超過OVP值時，HT4066將關(guān)閉 MOS以關(guān)斷VIN到VOUT的路徑，從而保護負(fù)載。當(dāng)OVLO接地時，HT4066自動設(shè)置為固定的 5.85V過壓保護值。OVLO外接分壓電阻時，可設(shè)置4~10V的過壓保護值。 當(dāng)HT4066超過最大結(jié)溫時，器件關(guān)閉。該產(chǎn)品提供SOT23-6封裝，支持-40℃到+85℃的環(huán)境溫度。 -
